No Bake Vegan Flapjack

Ingredients

Makes 350 g.


Method

  1. Prepare a baking tray by scrunching greaseproof paper and using it to line the tray, pushing it into the corners and smoothing it to lie flat.
  2. Melt the peanut butter on gentle heat in saucepan.
  3. Add coconut oil & melt, stirring.
  4. Add syrup & melt, stirring.
  5. Add oats and stir.
  6. Pour the mixture into the lined baking tray, flattening down with a spatula.
  7. Refrigerate until "set", and then cut into pieces.

Notes

  1. You can add dessicated coconut, sultanas and/or other dried fruits and seeds if you want.

Rounding is
